Last night I couldn’t get to sleep. So, I went to meet with the Lord. It is time start writing again. Many of us have been praying for God to intervene, to thwart the enemy’s plan, to rid our world of the corona virus. But I believe this battle will be won when Believers come TOGETHER in prayer. Let’s attack the enemy as a unified branch of the Lord’s army. This time I am not writing for you to join us in prayer for my daughter. We thank God daily for those who answered the call to pray when we were battling for Lydia’s life from ALL Leukemia, chemotherapy, and radiation. Through the collected prayers of the warriors who joined us at that time God brought forth our miracle. Lydia is 7 years cancer free! The most recent call to the warriors around us was just over three weeks ago when my mom needed prayers because she became non-responsive and the doctors couldn’t figure out why. But God, He heard the prayers of the saints who rose up at that time to be warrior for the Lord for my mom’s healing. My mom continues to progress in her speech, swallowing and collective thoughts every day. When I spoke with her yesterday, she sounded more confident and sure of herself than she has in years! I believe in the power of the testimony of what God has done because it is to encourage to believe for what God will do today. When I share what God has done, it is not to brag, it is to stir up in others what God desires to do on their behalf. When we pray, God says He “hears and He will show us great and mighty things” (Jeremiah 33:3). A great and mighty thing happened when things were headed in a disastrous direction for Lydia we called for warriors to arise and join us for her complete healing and God answered. Family prayed for two days before I asked warriors to join us in praying for my mom to be healed and God proved to be great and mighty. Now, it is time to rise again, warriors of the Most High God. Ephesians 6:10-19 are the verses instructing us to fight. As Believers in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we are a part of an army not of this world. We are a part of the army of the LORD. vs. 11 we are to be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. vs 13 we are to withstand in the day of evil, and having done all, to stand. vs. 14 we are to stand putting on the armor God has given us. I invite you today to read Ephesians 6:10-19 and become that warrior God has positioned you to be. I invite you to take a stand against the wiles of the devil. No longer are we to stand alone, we are to stand united in prayer in the Lord’s army. Together we will release God’s power to overcome the enemy. Join me in prayer: Father God, I come before you now as a warrior to advance Your kingdom here on earth. It is time to push back the enemy who is seeking to steal, kill and destroy what Jesus died to give us. We are to be free from fear, the pestilence of the land, and the terror of the night. God, You have provided the armor needed to resist the enemy. I submit to You, as a Warrior of the Lord Most High. In the Mighty Name of Jesus I tell the enemy this is not your house, this is not your country, this is not your world. Devil, your threat ends here and now as we call you out. Devil, you are the father of lies. You put a crown on the corona virus so people think this is from God. But your lies do not work with me. God has done too much good in my life and the lives of those around me. God has protected me too many times for me to think that He has suddenly turned against me. God has provided a way out more times than I can count, He won’t stop now. God, You our my defender. You are my provider. You protect me from the attacks of the enemy. The helmet of salvation is securely on my head. I will not entertain the lies of the Devil any longer. I will declare the goodness of my God, the God who moves heaven and earth to demonstrate His love for those who will call upon His name. I will be counted as one who calls on the name of the Lord Most High! In Jesus name Amen!
A Warrior in the Lord’s Army, Veridee Joy
My hope is for Believers in Jesus Christ to join together each day to pray, to push back the enemy as we release God’s power here on earth against the corona virus.
